We scoot up to Fort Collins to run the Colorado Marathon.

Race Report: The Colorado Marathon

A gently sloping downhill race that tours the Poudre Canyon and covers about 1,350 feet of elevation descent. Don’t let the downhill nature fool you. If you have not trained for an entirely downhill race you will find a new set of muscles very sore. The course is primarily roadside and is fully exposed but is rather enjoyable.

*2022 update: We ran this race again. Read that race report here.
