The subway systems are fantastic but not all that intuitive. There are different providers as opposed to a unified system we are used to. In other words, you can’t always transfer from one line to another. You pick your destination and buy a ticket, which prints out like a small coupon.

They have amazing ramen everywhere. Each little ramen place is unique and has a limited menu. You typically pick what you want and pay via a vending machine. This prints you a little ticket which you trade for your meal.

Narisawa $800 for lunch. Worth every penny. They had this wine which tasted exactly like popcorn. Annie is on a mission to find this wine once again. Apparently, we are heading to Burgundy someday, to try to find it first hand.
